This value is used by Muli to reduce the obligations of the company for work accumulated benefits, such as annual leave.

When added to worked hours, if you enter a value greater than normal worked hours per pay, the operator will be warned. However this situation could be corrected. ie. User receiving maternity leave (which is wholly or partly credited by government). The payee is not entitled to leave accruals in the period. When stored, the note indicates the individual's normal hours per week or payrun to assist in developing cumulative balance control. If someone is taking 3 months leave without pay, then a time sheet would be done with zero value in the hours with 3 months normal worked hours in Non Accrual Hours.

By adding "Pay to", a valid payrun can not be achieved until "Pay to" has been removed.
