1.2 Element Maintenance (01080m)

The Trade Element provides a connection point for identifying and managing all the activities of Time, Cost & Quality or an individual Scope of Work with a trade.

Over time this will be expanded to provide increased detail to provide finer granularity.

The Trade Element linkage is used in:-

1. Estimating
2. Quotations
3. Budgeting
4. Subcontract Payment Schedules
5. Stock & Inventory
   Note: when an allocation is raised in background, Trade Element A990 is also raised with the descriptor as per the allocation.
