1.9 Muli Codes Maintenance(01124m)

Muli has developed a Coding structure that simpliefies input and standardises the processes.

There is a Muli Code for everything from Countries, currencies, organisation roles, contract types, through to accounting specific and statuses and stages.

The Muli Codes are currently available only in English - future versions will support multiple languages.

As most Transaction/Process classifications are achieved using a Muli code, the range of codes continues to expand.

EXAMPLES:

Example 1 - How to get Risk2Dos to be shown in your in-box on the Main Menu.

Code Type 419 = Risk Resolution Type.

When you enter Type = 419 then additional fields are displayed as shown below:

5. Cost into Project review - 420

6. Completion of activity - 421

7. Display on Cost Report - 422

8. Management Focus - 423

Now for Type = 419, The Risk Resolution codes with a Management Focus value less than 5 will meet the 1st criteria for the Risk2do being shown on the Main Menu Risk2Do box.

The second criteria is that the project must not be a Template Project, and the final criteria concerns the "WHO DOER" assigned to the Risk2Do. The WHO DOer must be the User or if the User is the Manager RPC (and the WHO DOER is an Organisation.)

These 3 critera are the standard requirements for the Risk2Do to be included at all.

Now for it to be included in the first button then additionally the Risk2Do must have a Priority 495 = 1

Or, to be included on the second button, then in addition to the standard critera being met the Priority must = 2

Or to be on the 3rd button you need standard criteria plus Priority = 3, 4 or 5.

Example 2 - Risk Codes in "Project Review Cost & Processes" Report

The Risk2Do codes included in this report becuase they meet the following criteria:

The Risk items with type 419 have a code 420 between 5 & 7

Refer also to the Muli Codes Report 1.12. This a 37 Page report of all codes in the system but the information you require to understand Risk2Dos can be obtained by selecting a range from 419 to 423.
