Business obligations imposed by your insurance company requires the use of Risk Management processes to ensure that companies providing on-site labour and/or equipment are properly insured for the business operational risk. In this regard Muli acts as your Operational Risk Management Software.
Any special verification of licences may be managed here.
Internal controls of Muli are usually set to keep track of renewals and stop payment, or withhold subcontractors payments, if the proof of insurances and verified item renewal is not current.
(NB Remember to ensure your subcontract conditions provide for your stop payment).
