Procedure to add a new person to be able to log into Muli

1. Add the person as a Responsible person [2.4]

2. Bring the person up in Responsible Person Maintenance [2.4] and click on button '35. Login/Access'

3. in the Login - Access select Yes for the Muli  login? and press Enter

4. Answer the question as to the type of security level you want to give to the person.

5. Click the F12 - Save button on this screen

6. A message will be displayed saying The User has been added and the PASSWORD HAS BEEN SET to 'password'

7. Press enter on that message, the window will close and the person now has access to Muli through your Muli Client.

8. When the new person logs into Muli for the first time (using the password of 'password')  he/she will be guided to the program to change their password which must be done. Make sure that the new password does NOT use any UPPER case!

9. Once the new password has been entered the new person should log out of Muli and the Muli Client, - disregarding any error messages that may be displayed because the password has changed.

10. The new person should now log into Muli using their new password.
