3.1.23 Project Roles Submenu (03011m)

This allows for the maintenance (Add, Change & Delete) of people associated with a project and enables a history of their project roles and responsibilities to be maintained.

Muli suggests that the people who cease to play a particular role in the project are not deleted - but rather that their start & end dates are maintained so that a full history of all people fulfilling the various project roles is recorded for future enquiries.
