The template register enables users to access information about template documents - including the relevant Questions and Notes Templates and, with the correct security, allows you to create your own templates and edit your own templates.

- Template Id To see the details of an existing template then type the template id in here or press F3 and select the one you want.
If you want to create a new template then put in a Template Id that does not exist yet, it will be the Template Id of your new template. - Existing Document/Template that you want to start with, to create your new template. This item will be enabled only if you are adding a new template. Press F3 and select from the buttons.

When appropriate you can edit the document to make it look and feel as you would like it.
If you want the template to be used to create documents that need some specific data that is held in the Muli software, there are 'substitution tags ' that can be added to your document so that the correct data can be substituted by the software when the template is used to create a document.
Where you put the tags in your template, that is where the correct text will be put into your output document. Not all tags are available for subsititution in all programs.
Please let us know if you are using tags that do not work.
Tags are case sensitive and there must be no hidden tags in the substitution tag. For example, do not turn bold on or off inside a tag.
