Muli Company Structure [1-9, A-Z]

Muli provides for up to 35 companies, each of which may have up to 26 Profit Centres [A-Z].

There are two items that need to be maintained:-

  1. The company (which automatically maintains the Overhead/General Ledger) Profit Centre Z.
  2. Any other Profit Centres required by a company. We would expect to see at least one operating Profit Centre.

A few rules, the Overheads/General Ledger are only in Profit Centre 'Z' with the next 2-digits being the financial year-end ie: For Company A, Project AZ12000 = Overheads and General Ledger for 1 July 11 to 30 June 12.
