Bank accounts in Muli are not linked to one company with many Users finding advantages of a group wide bank account, allowing more efficient cash management.

Yes, it really works. Even if the same supplier is being paid in the same cheque run by 3 separate companies, then he will receive 3 separate remittance advices and cheques, each cheque endorsed “for and on behalf of” the relevant group company.

Bank Master Maintenance

  1. Bank Alpha - Up to 26 bank accounts allowed (depending on number purchased).
  2. Short Description - A Short Description of the bank account ( used internally in the Muli software ). eg: Bendigo A/C
  3. Currency 223 - By default, it will be the currency of the country in which the company exists.  
  4. BSB - Each bank has a BSB number that identifies the bank through the bank clearing houses. This must be in the format of nnn-nnn in Australia.
  5. Bank Account Number - The actual bank account number at the branch.
  6. Internal Account Name - The actual name of the bank account eg Muli Managment Pty Ltd
  7. Bank 3 letter code 381
  8. Cheque Format Code (383)
  9. Template id
  10. is 'For & Behalf of' allowed? - Yes/No,Required if bank is to be enabled for more than one company.
  11. Is EFT allowed? - Yes/No,Electronic funds transfer/direct deposit)
  12. User Name for Direct Deposit -
  13. User Number for Direct Deposit - A user identification number allocated by your bank when you applied to do to direct deposits.
  14. Allow Credit Card Cheques - yes/No
