9.7.1 Payrun Controls Maintenance (09091m)

Prior to the first working day of the pay period, Payroll Managers would use this program to create a Payrun, so employees can access their timesheet [7.8]

In creating the Payrun the program selects the group of employees you are going to pay based upon their pay interval Eg: weekly, monthly and fortnightly pays etc.

  5. Include Weekly Pays? - Yes/No

  6. Weekly Paid to Date

  7. Include Fortnightly Pays? - Yes/No

  8. Fortnightly Paid to Date

  9. Include Monthly Pays? - Yes/No

  10. Monthly Paidto Date

  11. Include Bimonthly Pays? - Yes/No

  12. Bimonthly Paidto Date

  13. Is this an Adjustment Payrun? - Yes/No - May use this control group to manually add a small number of RPC's requiring adjustment.

    Generally the end dates of various pay types (Monthly, Weekly, etc) must be within 4 days to allow them to be included in the same payrun.  Once the payrun has been accepted, the system (in the background) sets up the timesheets for all employees expected to be paid in the payrun.
