9.7.3 Add/Remove Employees from Payrun (09109m)

This program allows you to add or remove an employee from the payrun.

Once an employee's timesheet has been maintained, it may not be deleted, only moved to another payrun, or zero valued.

  1. First check that the Payrun is correct. It is only payruns that have not been processed that can be adjusted.
  2. Then choose whether you want to add an employee, or remove an employee from the payrun.
  3. Type or select the Employee (F3 - Enquire will display a list of employees to choose from.)  Then follow the on-screen prompts.
