Core Interface Maintenance

Each financial year has an accounting interface. The financial year to be used on a payroll is directly related to the payrun journal date. Therefore payrun journals are set up in advance.

All pay sequences that have a Linkage code of C, D,E, J, L, R, S, or T require an accounting interface order. Pay sequences that have a Linkage code 523 of W may have an accounting interface order.

When a new financial year is entered:

1. Financial Year
2. Payroll Company
3. Pay Sequence
4. Project/Order
5. Allocation
6. Labour Order

Operators may set to N in which case they will not be created.
