9.4 Labour Forecasting Maintenance (09230m)
This item provides labour cost forecasting by allowing the review of the labour expenditure against each individual order and updating of expected final cost.
A facility to edit and review the labour Budgets, Expenses and Final Forecast hours in the Payroll. Budget, Approved and Final Forecast Costs come from the core Muli system. Therefore the only costs included are those that have been posted from payroll to the core system.
If the forecast is not equal to the adjusted values in the order, then on accepting the revised forecast, a Risk item is created/updated and presented to the operator to allow completion of further notes and Risk2Do date for ongoing control.
