YTD Pay Sequence Validation Report

This program lists, for a range of payruns,  the variances between:

  • Sequence YTD,  -  from the Employee Value YTD
  • Totalled Pay Packets  - is from the sum of each pay packet Sequence for the selected range
  • Last Pay Packet YTD  - is the highest value found for the YTD of the pay packet from the selected range.

These figures should all be the same.   If not then modify the employee Sequence value YTD to be correct.
The programs requires:

  1. Year of Report
  2. Payroll Company
  3. Detailed Report
