This is the same application as [3.5](MAN03 Bank Reports) Larger subcontractors may wish to provide a bank guarantee in lieu of retention monies of progress claims. If the bank guarantee is nominated as the retention method, then documentation will need to be received prior to the first Subcontract Progress Payment.
