11.6 Subcontract Amendment Creation (11340)

Few subcontracts are completed without some change in the Scope of Work that may require an adjustment to the Subcontract value.

In Muli, project scope management is spoken of using specific terms. If we talk of a change, eg "for front entry", we would use terms such as:-

• Variation from Entry - the Head Contract Change
• Amendment from Entry - the Subcontract Change

depending on the Head & Subcontract conditions, the change in cost may not be applicable to both.
