Muli is developing a module called "Incoming, Documents, Objects". One of its functions to to import scanned documents into the Muli system.

This document provides a overview of a Muli Server setup.

  1. In the Muli system the Muli Software is all run from a central server and users are provided with a graphical terminal session on their desktop.

  2. End users may be operating on :

    1. Linux Desktops

    2. Windows Terminals (Microsoft)

    3. Unix Workstations

    4. Thin Clients

The task of implementing Muli is akin to a "Chicken and Egg" process - it needs to be approached in a prescribed manner to ensure you can easily merge your operations with the Muli controls and processes.

Muli adopts a forensic accounting approach to set up a new Muli system.  We do not simply convert existing data.

It is advised that the following procedures be adopted for the creation of new OVERHEAD projects.
NOTE: Prior to 30 June, you need to have completed Steps 1 - 6.
Prior to creation we recommend you run the following report:

Current Year Overhead Project Allocation Accounting Report (7.4) as this will give you information as a basis for setting up the New Year.

At the main menu enter 7.10.3 and this will take you to Accounting Periods Maintenance.
