Estimators

There are a few myths about estimators and their work, such as:
“Good Estimators have the same attributes as good gamblers ...they do their research selectively and thoroughly, think carefully and concentrate on what they know best”.
It has also been said that the easiest projects to estimate are industrial and residential, with offices being the hardest.
However, no matter what project domain you are working in, you will appreciate the structured estimating environment that Muli provides.
Plus Muli will save you time by giving you the ability to create and review Tender packages; and to use the management adjusted values from the tender in the estimate.
Muli has other time saving features such as an automated “take-off” in square metres for the brickwork and the ability to break it back into purchasable components of bricks, mortar, bricklayers, brick cleaners, and sundry suppliers.
The Muli Estimating module is in development, so in the meantime you would prepare your estimate outside Muli, and then load the project budget and Risk2Do items into the Muli project. You can study Muli's PROJECT BUDGETS in more detail here.
