Should countries (including Australia) support a strong,
remote, impersonal multinational corporate culture? ... NO ... There
is a need to nurture a culture that develops and supports a national/regional
focus on government and business needs, and this requires the acceptance
of the open-source concept.
Muli currently incorporates these concepts into our development
that Muli has access to source code for all core dependency software and
are prepared to make the development environment available to like minded
developers.

In this report, called "Integrating Intellectual Property
Rights and Development Policy", the Commission on Intellectual
Property Rights encourages developing coutries to take a stand against
unfair copyright measures affecting online media, and against software
pricing that puts products beyond the reach of many citizens.
"Developing countries and their donor partners should carefully evaluate
the costs and benefits of using low-cost and/or open-source software products".
