1. Describe in detail your Partition Plan

2. Record the Host Name you intend to use for this Server

3. Record the IP Address

4. Record the Net Mask

5. What is the Default Gateway Address

6. Record the DNS Server Address (if applicable)

7. Record the DNS Suffix (e.g. local.net)

8. Is RAID required?

9. Has the BIOS been enabled to boot from the CD-ROM.
