A. Project Schedule

The Muli approach is to only allow the Scheduling of defined Work Elements existing in a project the majority of which would be loaded at budget load either from the Skeleton or Estate. Generally all items of Budget (Work Package Element) must be allocated to an order or subcontract with the ability to add additional Elements within Menu 11 maintenance which requires the additional items to be given there schedule links.

"All Work Elements are valued and scheduled." Scheduling within Muli is intended to be a simple integrated process without bells and whistles providing simple relationships and bar chart presentation.

To enable rapid scheduling of a new project allowance is made to initially schedule the skeleton thus when the new project is loaded only minor adjustments are required to obtain a project specific schedule.

The Quality Assurance Validation process includes the facility to update the % complete of any element item. When "Request Information" or "Extension of Time" requests are made then they have the ability to interrupt the schedule and effect the resultant printout.
