5507.6 The backup process is multi stage

Muli systems are set up to run a number of automated processes including backup normally starting at 12.30 am each night. These include:

1. Trial balances on apportioned nights

2. Project history updates

3. Dump of PostgreSQL to ASCII

4. Copy of data to duplicate disk (fast) for RSYNC (Slower)

5. Backup user data to local backup device (Usb Hard Drive)

   This backup process is reported on the console to the key operator!
