5507.8 Restart after Crash

  1. See the set up of a new server which is stage 1.

  2. User backup is then copied back to the new server

  3. The ASCI PostgreSQL data file is then recreated from flat file.

  4. As the user passwords are not recoverable from the backup,  they need to be re-established. Muli does not know user passwords - all we can do is override the user's passwords with a new password.
