6012.1 Triad Accounting System

We recommend the division of the year into three major review periods (Triad) with each located in a normal work time (not Christmas/New Year) allowing sufficient attention to preparation, analysis, planning and implementation.

In line with this, we have created 3 levels of review, with timing and the recommended level of detail.

1. COMPLETE  June, October, February
   A total detailed business review.

2. MAJOR  August, December, April
   All major reports completed. Any new trends are analysed.

3. GENERAL  July, Sept, November, January, March, May
   Update with known values. Low level review.
