OHSEQ / Site Diary

OVERVIEW

Muli is developing a solution for site managers wanting assistance in recording the various activities on the project site - it's called the OHSEQ / Site dairy and its an extension that integrates with the Muli construction accounting software.

The names indicates how extensive the scope is - it covers the Occupational Health Safety Environment and Product Quality.  

This modern day electronic Site Diary will ensure there is supporting evidence available should there be a need to dispute claims later.

Day-to-day activities on the site would be entered by the site manager, for example:

• attendance of employees and their time sheets

• Subcontractors and details of work done

• OH&S issues would also be recorded and reviewed here in detail

The system will also produce site documentation including:

• Authority to Deliver, and

• Site Notices.

Muli Site Diary will be a valuable tool in today's construction site management.
