Services Offered by Associates

Muli Associates supply clients with the Muli software and provide a range of related professional services. Associates can provide a subset of these services and work with other accredited Muli Associates to provide Muli Users with a total solution.

In addition to Sales Associates there are Associates providing:

Computer Setup:

• manage the client's wide area network
• establish a connection to the Muli Hosted service, &/or
• set-up a Muli Linux Server

Implementation Process (initial 3-15 months):

• ensure client staff training is adequate
• customised the implementation strategy
• manage the implementation plan
• guide users in the correct use of processes and procedures
• assist financial / tax accountants to appreciate the benefits of the Muli's earned value project management approach for companies working in a Longer Term project Environment
• liaise with all levels of management regarding progress

Client Relationship (ongoing):

• progressively implement further logical controls in line with business objectives
• ensure clients are aware of Muli product extensions and improvements and supply & implement where possible
• act as a conduit back to R&D for client suggested Muli improvements
• provide broad computer hardware / network support solutions
