Support for Muli products comes in various formats.

Documentation

Context Sensitive Help via the F1 key takes Users directly to the Manuals. Also there are written procedures describing the steps administrators should take.

Muli Accredited Associates

Trained Muli Associates can provide telephone or scheduled on-site assistance to supplement the documentation.

Muli Telephone Support

Muli users are provided with telephone support for previously trained authorised administrators and responsible executives, as per their current software maintenance agreements.

Online Updates

Muli has online access to all sites so software updates (enhancements & fixes) can be applied when necessary without undue delay.
