Support for Muli products comes in various formats.
Documentation
Context Sensitive Help via the F1 key takes Users directly to the Manuals. There also written procedures describing the steps administrators should take.
Muli Accredited Associates
Trained Muli Associates can provide telephone or scheduled on-site assistance to supplement the documentation.
Muli Telephone Support
Muli users are provided with telephone support for previously trained authorised administrators and responsible executives, as per their current software maintenance agreements.
Online
Muli has online access to all sites so fixes can be applied when necessary without undue delay.
Downloads
Click on the image on the left with the caption "Support Resources for Muli Users". You can then access downloads from a secure area.

Any User with a question or issue can always use the Webform via the LEFT clickable image to request assistance.
